	HiSys HR is the new division launched in November 99, to address the increasing shortage of IT and technology professionals in the Middle East, and offers Recruitment, Secondment and Executive Search services.

	Human resources have long been accepted and acknowledged by most organizations to be the most important of its assets. However, the shortage of the right skills, attitude and experience have been a perennial problem for them.

	The shortage has been felt, especially in the technology arena, with the demand for IT professionals always outstripping the supply, a phenomena not restricted to the Gulf region, but more of a world-wide situation.

	The issues for organizations in the Gulf therefore are manifold:
		To attract the right professionals with all the requisite qualifications, skills and experience, keeping in mind that, today opportunities for these professionals are world-wide.
		To choose between local and global sourcing, the right mix of soft and hard skills, etc.
		To prepare the existing staff for the fast changing environment, and to progressively eliminate the ones that are not adaptive fast enough.
