Horizon Information Systems (HiSys) was established as a software and services company in Dubai in 1981. In 1998 a branch was opened in Abu Dhabi which was also empaneled with the major Oil companies to render software and related services. The present management bought out the company in 1997.

 
     
 

HiSys is headed by Awni Nemer supported by a professional team looking after the key activities and divisions.
