Human Resources Department:

potential applicants, received via mail, fax or e-mail. These
are scanned directly in the document management system with
the keywords like job category of applicant, date of receipt
of document, age, nationality and number of years experience.
When individual departments request certain qualifications,
the staff simply searches the database for those skills using
Keyword Search function. In seconds, they have a list of hundreds
of applicants perfectly suited to the job. This reduces the
time it takes to hire qualified candidates, increasing overall
productivity for both the HR department and the requested department.
Also Personnel department can maintain the staff file electronically
with varied security options, thus establishing control over
the individual type of documents and enabling immediate access
of information across the corporate for quicker decision making
and increased productivity.
