Electronic Archiving
Electronic Archiving is a service offered to Governments, Oil
sector, large corporate bodies, and institutions like Banks
and Airlines wherein all there historic documents (Backlog)
are converted to electronic media. This data can then be used
to populate the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) that
the company has installed, or can be burnt into a CD for easy
access and security considerations.
HiSys is able to take data from any source medium (documents/
drawings/ microfiche/ microfilms/ electronic) of any size
(from credit card slip to A0 drawings) to convert them into
a consistent format.
HiSys has successfully completed three large projects in
this arena over the past years and, being the only company
in this region with this track record gives it a major first-mover
advantage.
